Plus, she’s really caring and kind through the process so she’ll take really good care of you to ensure it’s a smooth and positive experience. Piercings hurt and they’ll always hurt so I can’t say they’ll magically take that away but I can say that they make you comfortable enough that it’s bearable. Every step she communicated to me and there were no surprises. Like I said, I was extremely nervous about the pain ( I got a sensitive piercing) but Kenzi made sure I was comfortable, all my questions were answered, and she communicated with me very well. Finally, Kenzi was the one that pierced me. Which was really nice especially with COVID. Which by the way, they sanitize everything. She gave me a lot of information about the jewelry (which I highly appreciate) and explained the sanitization process. She knew I was nervous but shared words of wisdom and comforting advice. I went in today and Devon (sorry I never caught the spelling) was nice and welcoming. After a few days of speaking, I finally was brave enough and comfortable enough to book an appointment. To start, I spoke with Kandi over text a few days before I set up an appointment and she was extremely informative, kind, and overall gave me some great positive vibes. I just went in today for a piercing appointment with Kenzi and it was an incredible experience.
